Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the AYMEVA app and website. By using AYMEVA, you agree to them.

The service

AYMEVA is an internet radio player and station directory, with our own AYMEVA channel of original music and a live chat for each station. Third-party stations are streamed directly from their broadcasters; we do not host or own them, and their availability is up to them.

Your account

  • You can listen without an account. Favorites, your profile and the chat need you to sign in with Google or Apple.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the chat.
  • Keep your account to yourself. You are responsible for what is written from it.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Profile → Delete account.

Behaviour in the chat

Everything you write in the chat must follow our Chat Rules. We may delete messages and mute, suspend or ban accounts that break them or the law.

Your content

Your messages, display name and profile picture remain yours. You allow us to show them to other listeners in the app for as long as they are online. Do not post anything you are not allowed to share.

Third-party content

Station names, logos and streams belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them. Rights holders can ask for a correction or removal via the "Report" button on the player screen or by email.

Purchases

Paid features, if offered, are bought through the App Store or Google Play under their terms; refunds are handled by them.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep AYMEVA running, but we cannot promise that every station or feature is always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by interruptions or by third-party streams. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can stop using AYMEVA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms or the Chat Rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Important changes are announced in the app; the date above shows the current version.
