Chat Rules (UGC Policy)
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Every station in AYMEVA has a live chat where listeners talk to each other. To keep it friendly and safe for everyone, these rules apply to everything you write there. Please keep a good tone.
Who can chat
- Only people signed in with Google or Apple can read and write in the chat. Without signing in, the chat is shown blurred.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the chat.
- One person, one account. Accounts that only exist to get around a ban are removed.
Not allowed
- Spam: advertising, repeated messages, link flooding, scams.
- Insults, harassment, bullying or hate speech — including against anyone's origin, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability.
- Sexual content of any kind. Any sexualisation of minors is strictly forbidden and is reported to the authorities.
- Threats, violence, glorifying violence or terrorism, encouraging self-harm or illegal activity.
- Sharing other people's private information (address, phone number, photos) or pressuring anyone to share theirs.
- Pretending to be someone else, including the AYMEVA team.
- Links to pirated content or anything that breaks the law.
Protecting children
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and for grooming. Such content is removed, the account is banned, and we report it to the competent authorities.
Never share your address, school, phone number or photos with strangers, and never move a conversation to another app at a stranger's request. If anything makes you uncomfortable, report it and talk to someone you trust.
How to report and block
- Tap the person's name or picture in the chat and choose Report. Pick what is wrong and, if you like, describe it briefly. You can block the person right after.
- Block works both ways: you no longer see each other's messages. The other person is not told. You can unblock anytime in Settings → Blocked users.
- The AYMEVA team (marked with a blue shield) cannot be blocked by listeners, so their warnings always reach everyone; you can still report them.
How we moderate
- Automatic filters slow down or mute spam bursts.
- Our moderators review every report; reports about danger or threats are handled first. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.
- Depending on how serious it is, we delete the message, mute the account for 5 minutes to 24 hours (timeout), or ban it.
- If we remove your message or restrict your account, the app tells you why. If you reported someone, the app tells you once your report has been reviewed.
Disagree with a decision?
Write to contact@aymeva.com with the subject "Appeal", your display name and what happened. A person on our team will look at it again and reply.
What we keep
Chat messages are deleted automatically after 24 hours at the latest. When you report someone, we keep the reported message together with the messages around it, so we can see the whole situation — even if the message is deleted later. Handled reports are deleted after 180 days. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
